Property/Casualty Claims

When a claim inevitably occurs, the One Risk Group, LLC account team facilitates reporting and management of the claim with your designated insurer. Our management system allows for diary and follow up as a claim progresses toward settlement. Additional support for more complex claims is available from our advocates that have legal and extensive claims handling experience.

  • 24 hour claims reporting

  • Intake claim and facilitate insurance carrier reporting and adjuster assigment

  • Diary the claim as it progresses to settlement

  • Review insurance policy wording and negotiate coverage as required

  • Review reserves for appropriate levels based on claim type, severity and other circumstances

  • Subrogation assistance as required
