We are currently seeking experienced Insurance Producers for the following positions:
Fire & Casualty Broker with a focus on Midsize to Large Commercial Accounts (50+ employees). Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Fleet, Workers' Compensation and Executive Management Coverage. This position requires a high level of professionalism and experience in sales and service of Midsize to Large Commercial Accounts.
Employee Benefits Broker or Health Care Representative with a focus on Group Products (Medical, Dental and Vision) to employer groups of all sizes. Experience with Life and Long Term Care Products is non-essential but desirable.
Small Commercial Accounts Broker with a focus on Small Commercial Accounts with fewer than 50 employees. This position is primarily an internal sales position that requires development and service of a book of business.
Personal Lines Broker with sales to individuals and high net worth clients through existing and new client base. This position is primarily an internal sales position that requires development and service of a book of business.
Surety/Bonds Broker with Commercial Accounts experience including bonds of all types and Construction and related industries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience within appropriate market segment (Large Commercial, Employee Benefits, Personal and Surety/Bonds)
- Minimum of 3 years insurance sales experience
- Established book of business preferred
- In-force California Insurance License appropriate for position
- Subject to application process
