Our in-house One Development Team serves as an independent quality assurance unit monitoring activity at every level of client and carrier interaction to ensure a high level of quality in all we deliver.

The One Development Team is responsible for training and continuing education programs and ongoing review of the work product of every client team member (client relations manager, broker, claims consultant, loss control consultant and employee benefits consultant) to ensure they meet the company's level of excellence and exceed client expectations.

Our philosophy of “client-centric service" ensures the One Development Team conducts quality assurance reviews, policy audits, client communication audits and in-depth account reviews to ensure timelines, customer contact and stewardship reports are completed. This attention to detail results in continuous improvement in quality and service for every One Risk Group, LLC client.
